Registration Process

CIOs received your organization's Summit invitation in February. Decide as an organization who should attend, then contact your Epic BFF and Technical Coordinator (TC) to register up to three attendees for your organization.

BFFs and TCs have until July 30 to register attendees.

The registration form will require the following information:

  • Attendee Name and e-mail

  • Job Title

  • Organization and state  

  • Dietary Restrictions 

  • Billing Contact Name and e-mail 

Registration Fee: $200

Event Capacity

The Strategy Summit agenda consists of peer-to-peer presentations, group discussions, and small networking sessions. It is designed to foster collaboration and create a sense of community among attendees.

To support the goals of the Summit, registration is limited and space will initially be reserved for up to three attendees per organization.

The event is expected to reach capacity by July 30. However, general registration will open on August 6 at noon (CST) if seats are available.
